Job Description:
- Edge, clean and prep area, apply tar asphalt sealer.
- Work to be completed between July 1, 2026, and July 30, 2026.
- Quotes to be received by 11:00 am on October 31, 2025.
Quotes may be faxed to 315-926-3502 or emailed to [email protected].
The Town Board reserves the right to reject all quotes.
Specifications:
The Town of Marion needs 4 parking lots sealed as follows:
- Town Park – 4072 Park Avenue, Marion, NY – 28,841 sq ft
- Municipal lot next to Elementary School on Main Street – 14,322 sq ft
- Library parking lot – 4036 Maple Avenue – 6,171 sq ft
- Municipal lot next to Museum – 3794 South Main Street – 9,139 sq ft
Pricing Terms:
Submitted proposals must include pricing quotes for a period of 1 year from the date of this RFP, and these terms must be clearly stated and included in the submitted RFP for consideration. RFP missing this language will be rejected.
All payments are made on the 2nd Monday of every month at the Town board meeting
The Town Board reserves the right to reject all quotes.
