Resolution #1 Accept Town Board Meetings Minutes for June 8th & 22nd , 2026

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board accepts the June 8th & 22nd, 2026 Town Board meeting minutes.

 

 Resolution #2  Authorize Amending Resolution #511-2026 JCAP Grant

WHEAREAS, the Town of Marion sent out an RFP to obtain bids to upgrade the Marion Court Room; and

 

WHEREAS, the Town of Marion received 2 bids to complete this work; and

 

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board awards contracts to both PJL Contracting and Vindex S &E, LLC not to exceed $15,000 to be paid by the JCAP Grant and expensed out of account # 169204.01.0.042; and

 

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board directs the Clerk of the Board to give a copy of this resolution to PJL Contracting, Vindex S&E, LLC, and Principal Account Clerk.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor is hereby authorized to pay said claims upon receipt of the signed abstracts of audited claims from the Town Clerk.
