TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Tuesday, September 30, 2025
A Town Board meeting of the Town of Marion, Wayne County, NY was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 6:30pm in the Marion Court Room.
Deputy Supervisor Michael Cramer called the meeting to order at 6:30pm and asked the Clerk of the Board to give a roll call.
PRESENT:
- Michael Cramer, Councilman
- Julie Herman, Councilwoman
- Ronald Lonneville, Councilman
- Margi Taber, Councilwoman
ABSENT:
- Summer Johnson, Supervisor

Gary Shaw.

Resolution #921-2025 Tentative Budget Submitted
On a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilwoman Herman
VOTE: Ayes: 4
Nays: 0
Long Roll:

- Councilwoman Taber – Aye
The following resolution was approved.
WHEREAS, the Tentative Budget has been reviewed by the Town Supervisor; and
BE IT RESOLVED, the Marion Town Supervisor has submitted the 2026 Tentative Budget to the Marion Town Clerk; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that each Town Board member has now received a copy of the 2026 Tentative Budget from the Town Clerk; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Marion Town Board directs the Clerk of the Board to give a copy of this resolution to the Principal Account Clerk.

One resident spoke during this time.
With no further business, on a motion by Councilman Lonneville and seconded by Councilwoman Herman, Deputy Supervisor Cramer closed the meeting at 6:33pm.
